26-27 Seasonal Year Certificates rolled over from last years (25-26) seasonal year, so all fields that were insured last year do NOT need to complete another one this year. ONLY complete for any new practice and playing sites.

All certificates will be uploaded to the website under Fields - Approved Sites throughout August

Certificates are issued for activities sanctioned or approved by the state soccer association
ALL Practice Sites & Game Sites MUST be submitted. Practicing or playing in places that are not covered, can result in legal issues. Do not be that Club !
